Our Story
Hi, we’re Lynda and Lauren—aka The Pancake Peeps!
Best friends, big dreamers, and the creative duo behind this gourmet mini pancake bar. Our friendship is built on endless conversations about life, dreams, and a shared love for great food. Cooking, hosting, and adding a fun, creative twist to everything we do has always been our thing. Fueled by positive vibes and bold ideas, we believe that when you focus on the good, good things happen!
After years of dreaming, we knew it was time to make it happen—and that’s how The Pancake Peeps came to life. What started as tossing around business ideas during cocktail hour quickly turned into full-on brainstorming sessions, and before we knew it, we were flipping pancakes and making magic. But these aren’t just pancakes—they’re an experience. We push the limits of flavor to create a work of art that also delights your taste buds, all made with love, laughter, and a whole lot of heart.
We set out to create more than just a food concept—we wanted an experience that’s warm, fun, and overflowing with good vibes (and plenty of drizzles and toppings, of course!). Our journey is proof that following your heart, trusting your vision, and turning “what ifs” into “why nots?” can lead to something pretty amazing.

We call ourselves Pancake Picassos...the pancakes are the canvas and the drizzles are the paint!
Every fluffy, handcrafted pancake is topped with premium drizzles and bold flavors like Churro Caramel Cheesecake and Nutella Coconut... OR your guests can build their own minis!
The Pancake Peeps is more than a gourmet mini pancake bar—we’re an experience on wheels! Bringing fresh energy and a positive vibe to every event!
Depending on which option you choose for your event, we can roll up with our one-of-a-kind, Tiki Hut-inspired-pancake bar cart on wheels--for indoor events, OR we can WOW your guests and roll up in our PEEPSMOBILE (our HOT PINK pancake trailer)--for outdoor events!
