Tiki Hut-inspired cart for indoor venues, or the hot-pink PEEPSMOBILE trailer for outdoor events. Either way, guests build their own mini pancake.

Handcrafted mini pancakes made to order in front of your guests, topped with gourmet drizzles like Reese's Peepins or Cheesecake — or fully build-your-own.

PEEPSMOBILE Outdoor Trailer
The hot-pink pancake truck that turns heads before anyone's tasted a pancake. Self-contained for outdoor festivals, block parties, and backyard events.
Best for: outdoor birthday parties, community events, and any host who wants the setup itself to be part of the show.
Tiki Hut-Inspired Indoor Cart
A compact mobile pancake cart built for indoor service — offices, banquet halls, and venues without outdoor access. Same menu, same live-topping show.
Best for: corporate events, holiday parties, and indoor venues that need a 10×10 footprint near an outlet.
Coffee Bar Add-On
Pair the pancake bar with a coffee service so guests get a full dessert-and-drinks moment without hiring a second vendor.

That's 2 hours of live service for up to 50 guests — 10 minis per person, unlimited toppings, napkins and utensils included, plus your choice of the Tiki Hut cart or the PEEPSMOBILE trailer. Worked out per guest, it's roughly $12 a person for dessert and a live show, not just food.

What if it rains, or we don't have outdoor space?+
Book the Tiki Hut-inspired cart for indoor service — it needs a 10×10 space near an electrical outlet, that's it. The PEEPSMOBILE trailer is the outdoor option, so you pick the format that matches your venue up front rather than guessing on the day.
How far will you travel, and does that cost extra?+
A minimum $150 travel and setup fee applies to every event, adjusted by distance and drive time from Pasadena, MD. We'll quote the exact number when you send your address — no surprise line items on the day.
How much setup time do you actually need?+
Plan on an hour to set up and an hour to break down, on top of your service hours. If your event runs 6–8pm, we're typically on site by 5pm and clear by 9pm.
Can guests with dietary preferences still build a plate?+
The build-your-own topping bar means guests choose their own toppings rather than a preset flavor, which covers most preferences. Tell us about specific allergies or restrictions when you book so we can talk through what works.
Are you a food truck, a cart, or a catering company?+
All three, depending on the event. The PEEPSMOBILE is our outdoor pancake trailer, the Tiki Hut cart handles indoor setups, and either way it's mobile pancake catering — we bring the griddle to you instead of the other way around.
Do you serve my area, or only Pasadena?+
We're based in Pasadena, MD and regularly serve Baltimore, Annapolis, Severna Park, Arnold, and Millersville — most of Anne Arundel County. If you're searching for a pancake truck near you in this part of Maryland, send your address and we'll confirm the travel fee before you book.
