Booking & quotes
Prices listed on the Menu & Pricing page are starting rates for the described package and are not final until confirmed in writing (email or text) by The Pancake Peeps. Custom quotes for guest counts, hours, or add-ons outside the standard package are provided on request and are only binding once confirmed.
Travel & setup fees
A minimum $150 travel and setup fee applies to every event, adjusted for distance and drive time from Pasadena, MD. This fee will be included in your written quote before you're asked to confirm a booking — it is never added after the fact.
Space & access requirements
Indoor events using the Tiki Hut-inspired cart require a minimum 10×10 foot space next to a working electrical outlet. Outdoor events using the PEEPSMOBILE trailer require reasonable vehicle access to the setup location. If a venue cannot meet these requirements, tell us before booking so we can advise on what's possible.
Setup & breakdown time
Setup and breakdown each take approximately one hour and occur in addition to your paid service hours. Please plan venue access accordingly.
Deposits & payment
Deposit amount, payment methods, and final payment timing will be confirmed directly with you when you book — these details are not yet published on this website. Nothing on this site should be read as a final invoice.
Cancellations & changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible at Bookthepancakepeeps@gmail.com or (410) 419-8873. Deposit refundability and rescheduling terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Weather
For outdoor PEEPSMOBILE bookings, severe weather may require rescheduling for safety. We'll work with you directly if that happens rather than applying a blanket policy here.
