What we collect
When you use the live chat widget or the quote request form on this site, we collect whatever you enter into those fields: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), event date, guest count, service format preference, and your message. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites, and we do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we use it
Every message submitted through the chat widget or quote form is emailed directly to Bookthepancakepeeps@gmail.com so Lynda and Lauren can respond to your booking inquiry. We use the information only to answer your question, prepare a quote, or coordinate your event. We may reply by email or by calling/texting the phone number you provide.
What we store
Messages are relayed by email and are not stored in a separate database on this website. A short-lived browser session value is used only to prevent rapid repeat submissions (spam protection) and expires automatically; it does not identify you personally.
Third parties
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and links out to our Facebook and Instagram pages; those services have their own privacy policies. Email delivery is handled by our web host's mail server. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics pixels on this site.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time at Bookthepancakepeeps@gmail.com or (410) 419-8873 to ask what information we have from a past inquiry, or to request that we delete it from our email records.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults booking catering services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
