Birthday parties, showers, graduations, family reunions — outdoors, we roll up in the PEEPSMOBILE trailer, fully self-contained, so your space only needs to give us a 10×10 area and a working electrical outlet.
We coordinate our arrival around your event timeline, not the other way around. Tell us your schedule when you request a quote — cake cutting, gift opening, whenever the crowd's ready to eat — and we'll tell you honestly where a pancake bar fits best.
Holiday parties, client days, and the occasional Tuesday morale boost
Corporate bookings most often use the Tiki Hut-inspired cart — compact enough for a lobby or break room, needing the same 10×10-and-an-outlet setup as any indoor event. If your event starts before noon, add the coffee bar so it doubles as breakfast.
Send your guest count and building access details (loading dock, elevator, parking) when you request a quote — those logistics decide setup time more than anything else, and we'd rather ask up front than guess on the day.

Can you handle more than 50 guests?+
Yes — the published $600 rate covers up to 50 guests in 2 hours. Larger private events and corporate events are quoted individually based on guest count and service hours. Send your numbers on the quote form and we'll price it directly rather than making you guess at a multiplier.
Do you need a certificate of insurance or vendor paperwork?+
Some venues require it, some don't. Ask us what we can provide when you request your quote — we'd rather find out your venue's requirement early than the week of the event.
How do you fit into a reception or event timeline?+
Tell us the shape of your day — ceremony time, cocktail hour, first dance, cake cutting, or (for corporate events) the agenda — and we'll tell you honestly where a live pancake station fits without pulling focus from the main event.
Can you serve multiple locations in one day?+
Right now we book one location per event — no split shifts between a ceremony site and a reception venue in the same booking. If your day involves two locations, ask us about timing and we'll be upfront about what's realistic.
What if our event runs long?+
Service time is set when you book. If you think you'll want more than 2 hours, add it to your quote request up front — it's easier to build into the original quote than to extend on the day.
