Two best friends, a griddle, and a lot of cocktail-hour brainstorming

Hi, we're Lynda and Lauren.

We've been best friends since long before either of us knew how to run a business. Most of our conversations over the years ended up circling back to the same thing: food, hosting, and finding an excuse to make something taste better than it needed to.

The Pancake Peeps started as one of those ideas that comes up during cocktail hour and usually gets forgotten by Monday. This one didn't. We kept talking about it until talking turned into planning, and planning turned into an actual griddle in an actual trailer. These aren't just mini pancakes to us — they're the thing we get to build with our hands at every event, in front of the people eating them.

We call ourselves Pancake Picassos — the pancakes are the canvas, the drizzles are the paint. Every fluffy, handcrafted mini pancake gets topped with premium drizzles and bold flavors like Reese's Peepins or Cheesecake, or your guests build their own from scratch.

Depending on your event, we roll up in our Tiki Hut-inspired cart for indoor spaces, or the PEEPSMOBILE — our hot-pink pancake truck — for outdoor events. Either way, it's fresh energy, a positive vibe, and a mini pancake masterpiece your guests build themselves.
